When booking a Food & Beverage Delivery, your payment is exclusively for the interactive animal experience. We do not sell food or beverages at our facility. All refreshments, snacks, or other items included in your selected package are provided strictly on a complimentary basis as part of the animal interaction.

Consumption Risk & Waiver

By purchasing and participating in an animal experience that includes complimentary food:

  • Acknowledgment of Environment: Guests acknowledge that food and drinks are being consumed in the presence of animals.
