Booking & Rescheduling Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, and we cannot guarantee the ability to transfer your reservation from the originally booked date.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance. The following rescheduling fees apply:
• VIP Cabana reservations: $50 fee to move to a new date
• Lounge tickets: $10 fee to move to a new date
Please note: We cannot guarantee same-day rescheduling if an event is sold out, as we may have already turned away other guests to hold your reserved spot. If availability allows, same-day rescheduling for lounge tickets is available for a $30 per group fee.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest.
